Climate Migrants
This programme specifically addresses the challenges faced by communities and individuals displaced due to climate change. It supports affected migrant workers through livelihood adaptation, skill development, and social protection—empowering them to rebuild their lives with dignity while fostering resilience and inclusion in climate-vulnerable regions.
Rising Heat, Rising Care
This is a focused response to the urgent challenges posed by climate change and extreme heat, particularly affecting vulnerable migrant construction workers, rag-pickers, and brick kiln workers. The campaign raises awareness, promotes adaptive livelihoods, provides Summer Relief Kits, and strengthens social protection measures to safeguard health and livelihoods. By mobilising communities and stakeholders, ‘Rising Heat, Rising Care’ fosters resilience, care, and solidarity amid rising environmental risks.
Education
- Mitti-Manthan Learning Hub Here, we celebrates the rich wisdom and heritage rooted in the soil of rural and tribal communities. This centre is dedicated to nurturing indigenous knowledge, traditional skills, and contemporary learning to empower rural-tribal talent and foster sustainable development.
- CRTD Centre (Career and Rural Talent Development Centre) Under the CRTD Centre, we are committed to empowering rural-tribal school students, dropouts, and migrant children by providing comprehensive career orientation and guidance. Our programmes help these young individuals explore diverse career paths, develop essential skills, and build the confidence needed to pursue higher education and meaningful employment opportunities. By bridging the information gap and broadening horizons, the CRTD Centre strives to create a brighter future for adolescents from underserved communities.
